How will I know if you are the right therapist for me?
This is a great question on our initial phone call you will get a sense of my style and by the end of the first sesison you will know if you feel understood and respected by meWe will both get a sense if we can work well together. There is NO obligation to book another session.

50 minutes
What is the cost ?
The charge of the counselling service differs so please call me to discuss this. I do offer low cost counselling for studentsand those unemployed.
Are the counselling sessions confidential at A Shared Solution?
Nobody at your work and no family members will ever find out what you discuss with me. I have a clinical supervisor which is mandatory throughout the therapists career and she is the only personwho will hear about parts of our work together. I will also change details to ensure tha tyour annonymity is always kept.
